Basic information

The Programme Operator has created both in programme PL07  Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends, as well as in PL13 Reducing social inequalities in health the Fund for Bilateral Relations at the Programme level.

 

Establishment of the Fund for Bilateral Relations at the programme level for potential and actual Project Promoters is intended to facilitate such actions as: searching partners from the Donor States, development of partnerships, networking, exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practices between the beneficiaries and the Donor entities.

 

Under the Fund the Programme Operator plans to implement the following actions:

 

  1. Grants for Project Promoters and potential Project Promoters;
  2. Activities undertaken by the Programme Operator, inter alia:

-          Seminar organized by the Programme Operator for potential and actual Project Promoters and partners from the Donor States to search for project partners, develop partnerships and exchange experiences;

-          Website to provide assistance for partner search and partnership developments, commissioned by the Programme Operator  (fbr.zdrowie.gov.pl).

 

Grants for Project Promoters and potential Project Promoters

 

Grants are designed for potential and actual Project Promoters to facilitate the development of partnerships, as well as networking, exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practices between project promoters and entities in donor states.

 

The open calls for proposals will be periodically announced each year by the Programme Operator (PO) until all the money from the fund dedicated for a given year is allocated.

The balance of the fund will be announced on the PO website each year as an open call for proposals for dedicated amount.

 

Bilateral Activities undertaken by the Programme Operator

 

  1. Seminar organized in Donor States and Poland by the Programme Operator for potential and actual Project Promoters and partners from the Donor States to search for project partners, develop partnerships and exchange experiences. The participants will be chosen by open call procedures for potential and actual Project Promoters.

 

2.    An international thematic conference, which will be held in 2014 in cooperation between the health authorities in Poland and Norway and the World Health Organization.
